Overall Job Summary
The & Other Stories RU Online Sales Manager is responsible to execute on the global strategy to drive profitable online channel growth and constantly look for potential to increase the selling. This entails all aspects of the E-Commerce business including customer offer and brand experience, commercial calendar, sales, digital platform, and digital development.
This position is based in Moscow, Russia within our Sales function, and reports to our Omni Sales Manager.
Core Responsibilities includes but is not limited to:
- Execute on the global strategy to drive profitable online channel growth and constantly look for potential to increase selling;
- Work closely with other departments such as retail, controlling, merchandising, & marketing teams to ensure cross channel alignment in customer experience, strategy, & branding;
- Continuously improve and innovate the whole RU E-Commerce experience to optimize selling;
- Steer the daily site operations and constantly strive to optimize the RU customer offer by driving customer-, web-, and sales analysis and taking actions accordingly;
- Monitor and evaluate the digital performance of marketing activities together with the local marketing team;
- Continuously monitor upcoming trends and developments;
- Drive unique digital activities together with the local team;
- Coordinate with local partners for customer service and warehousing, and be the main contact in their daily operations.
Additional Accountabilities:
- Responsible for Sales and profit projections in the US together with the Omni Sales Controller and in partnership with the Omni Merchandiser Manager;
- Responsible for optimizing the P&L (topline and bottom line) and updating the forecast and budget together with the Omni Sales Controller;
- KPI follow up and actions.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline;
- 5+ years of experience within E-Commerce and digital, preferable within fashion with an omnichannel mindset;
- A broad business and digital background with experience in digital development and sales optimization;
- Proven results of increasing online sales;
- Strong analytical and strategical skills, as well as hands on and always finding ways to move forward through engaging and inspiring the team and stakeholders;
- Commercial as well as strategic mindset and understanding of forward planning and creative solutions;
- A strong leader who focuses on team development and prioritizes personal development;
- Fluent English language skills (verbal & written);
- Ability to work independently;
- Strong brand ambassador.
