We currently have an opportunity for a Sales/Business Development Manager to join our PRIME Issuing Business team based in Russia, Moscow. The team is responsible for planning and implementing PRIME Issuing strategic business development objectives, researching, evaluating and managing new strategic business opportunities.
Overview / Purpose of the Role:
The Sales/Business Development Manager is responsible for implementation and development of sales strategy policy in CIS region. He/she has to find new clients and develop new business areas to guarantee growth from year to year.
Activities / Key Tasks:
- Identify Prime Issuing opportunities, develop profitable propositions and pursue the sale up to contract closure.
- Develop new business areas in cooperation with Vendors of Card Industry. Manage relationships with external vendors, consultants and agencies.
- Achieve sales objectives: revenue, margin and costs.
- Participate in Product development strategy for CIS region.
- Coordination with TSYS marketing and external providers to deliver associated marketing materials.
- Responsible for tenders.
- Responsible for proposals.
Required Experience, Knowledge:
- 5+ years relevant experience in the financial services industry (preferably payment systems industry) and/or IT industry
- Solid networking in the banking industry
- Possesses advanced industry knowledge.
- Ability to maintain relationships with the client on Management level.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Travels, as required.
Education:
- Technical University Degree / Degree in IT/Finance/Management.
- MBA Degree as an advantage
