Engine provides recruitment solutions to the industrial sector companies. Right now we are looking for a Head of Direct Sales for our client, global supplier of high-tech products and equipment for the oil & gas industry.
“Direct sales” here means selling only company’s products, not services. The company is looking for a sales professional from industrial or IT sector, who will bring fresh ideas and new approaches to the oil & gas business.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and implement a successful sales strategy and assume full responsibility of growth within the main markets.
- Establish and maintain effective communication links with other departments and customers.
- Manage the progress of sales status for products versus business plan, KPI’s and forecasts.
- Maintain solid relationship with key customers and suppliers, ensure that the company’s maximum sales potential is realized.
BACKGROUND
- Solid sales/business development experience in sales of industrial/electrical/IT/telecom equipment, software or hardware.
- 5+ years of managerial experience.
- Excellent knowledge of the oil & gas customers in Russia and Kazakhstan.
- Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
- Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
