Would you like to translate business requirements into conceptual IT-design? Would you like to add value in our team of Customer Finance contract & administration-solutions? Are you keen to demonstrate your functional and technical skills in order to produce great IT-solutions? Would you like to identify opportunities for digital solutions and service innovation that can improve our customers' experience, business performance and create valuable insights and new business opportunities for Volvo Financial Services and the Volvo Group?

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE :
• You will collect, clarify and translate business requirements into conceptual design working with the project team and using appropriate tools and models from which application and solution are developed. You will more specifically work on Customer Finance Contract Administration-solutions.
• You document the business requirements for new or enhanced solutions
• You produce the functional specifications (including use cases) for the development of the solution and validate these specifications with the Business, Process and Project representatives
• You map the technical specifications to be communicated to the development team for the development of the solution and obtain sign-off
• You are the liaison between the Business and technical communities
• You will handle all clarification requests to/from the development team or software provider throughout the whole development phase
• You produce the test cases and scenarios for the business and user acceptance tests
Do you have what it takes?
You have a very good understanding of the financial services industry and its processes. You combine this knowledge with strong problem solving skills and you identify, structure, monitor and deliver results as your 2nd nature. Further, you provide :
• University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Processes with a focus on IT-solutions
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business solution development and/or system analysis
• Experience in project methodologies
• Strong planning and analytical skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work and interact with a wide variety of international colleagues
• High level of IT application skills
• A global and agile mindset with strong customer focus
• Drive and ability to execute against set targets and a positive and proactive attitude
• You are preferable native Russian speaker with advanced level of English (oral/written)
