We are looking for Marketing Activation Manager
You are responsible for:
- Translate the marketing strategies & objectives into a yearly activation plan, specifying required projects, deliverables and KPIs in close cooperation with Marketing Managers.
- Manage, plan, execute and optimize the overall category digital strategy to increase brand awareness, consumer engagement and grow profitable revenue.
- Act as campaign manager across all activation activities to ensure consistency and integration across all communication touchpoints (both online and offline).
- Own and lead full mix of digital marketing campaigns, setting clear KPIs and working with digital team and creative/media agencies to optimize on a weekly basis.
- Act as primary interface to the Marketing community to coordinate with relevant local functions SEO, PR, CRM, Analytics, Social and global activation teams.
- Ensure marketing campaigns support sales objectives.
- Provide strategic support/consultancy to marketing and sales teams across all the market including priority regions.
- Guard and drive the brand positioning in close corporation with Marketing Managers in markets
- Drive and share learnings across Business and market and replicate best practices and when appropriate, "globalize" successful local programs
We are looking for:
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience working at a media agency or brand/advertiser
- You have extensive experience in campaign activation and solid knowledge of Digital Marketing, Digital Analytics, and digital metrics and KPIs; Digital Marketing Channels include Display (Programmatic), Search, Social, CRM, and Online Video.
- Strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of multi-channel marketing technologies, principles, processes, and best practices
- Experience with presentation and communication (written and verbal) of insights and optimization recommendations to business stakeholders.
- Ability to understand/enhance/design optimization framework and present this to business stakeholders.
- Proven success in managing agency partnerships
- High energy, creative and committed to build key relationships to positively influence business results
