Job Description
This position assumes development and execution of demand generation strategy for the global market. The individual will take the lead on planning, creating, implementing and executing marketing activities order to drive awareness and pipeline for the iSpring brand globally with the focus on NA, Europe, and fast-growing Southeast Asia markets. The role will cover a wide variety of marketing projects to support global sales targets achievement. Channels will include digital marketing, PR and social media, channel marketing, tradeshows/events/webinars etc. It’s important to be able understand, estimate and argue relevance of internal and third-party activities for the business targets on each focus territory.
- Driving development of a consolidated global demand generation plan, develop yearly goals and KPIs.
- Coordinating demand generation campaigns developed and managed by territory Demand Generations managers.
- Alignment with product marketing, creative and PR teams to build marketing strategies that align with global strategies.
- Alignment with sales leaders to ensure that marketing strategies help sales teams to reach their goals.
- Driving execution of marketing campaigns across teams.
- Measuring, interpreting, and reporting on performance across marketing channels globally to refine investment and strategy.
- Budget development, management and tracking for marketing expense.
Skills/Knowledge
- 5+ years’ experience in leading demand generation efforts in a SaaS environment.
- Understanding of global market and unique characteristics of particular regions (NA/Europe/Asia), and preferably relevant experience
- Demonstrated practical experience and ability to deliver results in execution of marketing campaigns.
- Experience in channel marketing.
- Strong organizational skills and attention-to-detail.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to recommend operational improvements.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks at once, and work under strict deadlines.
- Resilient, thoughtful, trustworthy.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Bachelor's Degree.
