Are you looking to Lead the implementation, management and transformation of HR Operations team in BU Russia to ensure HR Operations are delivered expertly and efficiently, driving significant improvement in operational excellence.
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career.
- Continuously improving the HR Operations dashboard, to ensure the continuous improvement of our service delivery, with a focus on optimizing the use of our technologies, processes and systems to ensure service excellence to HR customers.
- Lead, drive or implement the efficient delivery of diverse change projects in support of the company’s strategic agenda within a culture of empowerment, personal leadership and using GSK CH standard tools.
- Lead People services leads across market/cluster to ensure operational excellence and efficient service delivery.
- Manage market/cluster Tier 1 team for excellent, efficient and optimized delivery of HR activities.
- Use standard GSK CH tools and outcomes methodologies to produce and use data in a responsible way to identify patterns, trends and issues and to measure the impact of HR strategies. When consulting with leaders, use data to provide insight and support best decision making for successful business.
- Partner with the Service Hubs and Regional People Services Leads to continuously deliver process improvements.
- Improve employee engagement across cluster teams and ensure communication agenda is in place and implemented.
- Build a stronger and more diverse workforce by ensuring top talent in key roles, strengthening leadership succession plans and attracting and retaining talented people who are representative of the communities where we operate.
- Manage Talent strategy for market teams through Talent reviews and succession planning.
- Support developing People services’ teams’ capabilities and skills and encourage teams to benefit from the available program.
- Understand and effectively manage the HR Operations ’ Risk environment to ensure potential HR risks are identified and mitigated, company reputation is protected and related financial, fiduciary, legal and policy duties are carried out.
- Reviewing and adapting local HR policies and practices to support business objectives and ensure compliance with global guidelines.
- Provide the required HR effective support to all Business units to facilitate achieving their business objectives.

- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years of experience in HR Admin management within large corporations at regional or global level
- Experience managing third party vendor relationships and negotiating appropriate contracts
- People management
- Advanced user of Work Day system
- Payroll knowledge
- Advanced English
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Master’s degree
- Ability to manage highly confidential information
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong customer service focus and flexibility
