The legendary fashion Brand is looking for a Real Estate and Expansion Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of a strategy for sustainable expansion of the Levi's® brand in the Russian retail market and achievement of the Company's leading position in the denim segment
- Making proposals for changing the number (opening, closing) and quality (reconception, relocation, refit) of Levi's® stores;
- Financial planning of rental costs for all real estate objects of the Company based on the existing obligations of the Company and the possibilities for their reduction (Rent savings plan);
- Reduction of the Company's lease obligations based on the real market value of the leased premises, the profit and loss statement (P&L) of each individual store of the Company and profitability targets;
- Implementation of effective relationships with developers, brokers and property owners / their representatives to create, develop and maintain a high-quality and profitable chain of stores in line with worldwide code of business conduct, anti-bribery and anti-corruption policies.
- Effective negotiations with the Landlord on the commercial terms of renting premises in accordance with the interests of the Company, forming commercial proposals and conducting business correspondence;
- Coordination of interaction between the Landlords and all departments of the Company, aiming at prompt resolution of all operational issues;
- Identification and minimization of risks when interacting with current and new Landlords within the framework of lease relations;
- Timely preparing of reports on the Company's revenue in order to provide data to the Landlord in accordance with the terms of the concluded contracts;
- Formation, maintenance and updating of the database of the Сompany's own stores on a regular basis, ensuring prompt autonomous access of the company's employees to this information
- Building and maintaining effective communication with JLL to correctly reflect all the Company's lease obligations in the Lucernex system, promptly responding to JLL requests to provide all necessary information to lease agreements;
- Quarterly forecasting of the Company's lease obligations (Rent forecast) and subsequent execution of the forecast based on data from the Lucernex system;
- Formation, protection and implementation of an expansion plan for retail network;
- Participation in special projects of the company related to professional focus
- Actively participate in development of partners’/franchisee stores. To negotiate commercial T&C with potential landlord.
- Control over the timely fulfillment of the Company's lease obligations, namely: timely approval / signing of documents regulating the lease relations of the Company with Landlords, brokers (Lease / Sublease Agreements, Supplementary Agreements, Acts).
Requirements: - 5 years minimum experience in a similar role (preferably in the apparel industry);
- English fluency;
- Understanding of local environment and specificity of real estate business;
- Legal expertise of lease relations, knowledge of the basic requirements of Russian legislation in real estate;
- Organizational skills, ability to work with people;
- Proactive;
- Analytical skills, ability to plan ahead
