Responsibilities:
- Monitor online and offline retail network in Russia and international, current and potential development.
- Run an agreed number of wholesale partners which meet volume, profitability and equity requirements.
- Develop effective relationships with partners’ buying, marketing, commercial teams to establish and maintain customer and consumer satisfaction to support growth of the business through the delivery of agreed operating standards.
- Ensure marketing and assortment plans are in place for the relevant Wholesale partners, in line with segmentation and company structure.
- Analyze sell out data, stock of Wholesale customers in order to optimize current inventory level and influence optimum buying for future periods.
- With consumer-centric approach exploit and implement best format of Brand and product communication through customers’ sites, including Digital SIS format.
- Collaborate with other departments of LS&Co in order to support effective business relations with customers in line with Brand development strategy.
- Collaborate with Digital Team in order to align on approach to the online business strategy, standards of services, Brand look & feel.
- Analyze potential new partners’ opportunities, identify Levi’s potential clients.
- Coordinate distribution of Footwear category in order to achieve growth target via current customers database and expansion into footwear specialist network.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador by transferring the Brand values to the customers, develop long term partnership.
- Make sure that Brand & Product knowledge is well understood, smartly adapted and transferred to each relevant partner.
- Monitor and control budgets, T&E, manage international/local suppliers in line with worldwide code of business conduct, anti-bribery and anti-corruption policies.
