Inside Sales Account Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Deep product and portfolio expertise in client solutions segment
- General product and solutions expertise across all Dell Technologies portfolio
- Quotes creation in Dell Technologies configurator tools
- Communication with internal (Presales, Sales, Finance, Export Compliance, etc.) and external (Customers, Partners, Distributors) teams
- Account management in internal CRM systems
- Pipeline and revenue generation
Essential Requirements
- Educational degree: Bachelor or a higher degree, specialization in communication, electronics, computer, and related fields
- Fluent Russian, at least Intermediate English (both written and spoken)
- Technical expertise in two or more technology areas: x86 Servers, Networking, Storage, Client Solutions
- Experience in direct customer communications, active participation is sales process, work experience in IT selling / IT pre-sale / IT consulting domain
