We are looking for a Supply chain specialist based in Moscow, Russia. This role is responsible for all aspects of Inventory level & accuracy, particularly but not limited to: coordinating the inventory management program, inventory reduction projects, forecasting inventory level, stock counting, consignment and loan right sizing.
Your main main responsibilities will be:
Inventory level management Responsibilities:
- Actively use the S&OP and S&OE process and other operational forums to drive Inventory reduction and to identify and resolve root causes resulting into high inventory.
- Coordinate monthly inventory reviews and Latest Best Estimate (LBE) projections in the standardized form and according to the given timeframes.
Inventory counting responsibility:
- Generate and communicate an annual audit count plan for all consignment inventory held at customer (hospital) locations following the Global Supply Chain Policy (unless local law or local compliance rules are stricter).
- Generate and supply audit count sheets to auditors ahead of scheduled dates on the audit plan
- Monitor compliance with the audit plan including timely reconciliation per MAPS and Global SC Policy and secure the return of signed audit count sheets for review and action
- Cooperate with EMEA commercial operations team in relation to counting plan & execution
- Secure a purchase order for any missing or damaged consignment inventory and if required in co-ordination with the business. Obtain write-off approval for any missing or damaged consignment inventory that cannot be sold in accordance with approval levels
- Update consignments against relevant customers post audit, reporting to operations, finance and senior management on any audit differences that have a negative financial impact
- Initiate actions for missing consignment inventory
- Preparing missing implants report on daily basis and coordinate a process of solving the missing implants gap
- Work closely with the responsible department for consignment contracts, support tracking of those and drive accountability in the case of deviations versus the contracts
- Act in line with MAPS and SOX requirements with KPMG lead and/ or Finance Department
- Liase with Cluster WH&D Lead for Plant Abroad and Local Plant counting plans.
- Management of items with short expiry dates during counts at customer locations

- Coordinate the customs clearance process
- Being the contact for the Customs office for any requests
- Sales order handling in SAP – placement, monitoring;
- Product allocation process – product reservation checking, control;
- Preparation / issuing shipment doc
- Communication flow between Import / Planning Team in Russia and supplier in Netherlands
- LBE – understanding all parts, monthly review, control
- Finance month closure – reporting
- Consignment – the process of annual review, ad-hoc requests, review of target stocks
- Credit note process support
Requirements:
- University degree
- High analytical skills
- Business acumen and focus on goal achievement
- Proactive approach to challenges and questioning status quo
- Highly skilled in establishing good professional relationship with both external and internal customers/clients
- High resistance to stress
- Experience should include familiarity with products in Medical/Healthcare field
- Strong organizational skills
- Practical knowledge of Ms Excel, Cognos, SAP
- Language Skills: communicative English
