The Project Manager is based in Moscow, and hierarchically reports to the VP Construction of the Region.
Responsibilities
The Project Manager will manage design on projects, which includes managed, franchised and company-owned hotels, to ensure quality control, brand compliance, operational acceptability and adherence. More specifically the responsibilities include:
Design and project management
- Hotels representative on several Projects in Region in the frame of Technical Assistance Contracts or any other signed by investor and AccorHotels;
- Consulting of investors on new and refurbishment projects of different Hotel's brands (from budget to Premium and Luxury hotels) developed in Region;
- Technical support of design and construction;
- Cooperation with Investors, Developers and different Designer offices (interior design, food and beverage, engineering, acoustics, fire safety, kitchen, etc…);
- Construction processes coordination, particularly at the stage of Project Design Development:
- Ensure the projects review in various stages from Sketches until opening:
- Programming: assist project architect to optimizing the hotel programs for the best ratio customer experience versus investment.
- Sketches: Analyze the sketches and validate the strategic directions to ensure the optimized resources (human, cost, expert) of the project under study. If needs be proposes alternatives sketches as a support to comments.
- Basic Preliminary Design: Analyze, Orientate, actively participate by making suggestions and validate architectural and / or interior design (with support of Design manager).
- Review MEP, Kitchen, Laundry design.
- Revise and approve the layout for rooms, for the public areas and the plans for specific project components; write down the report for the recommended changes of the project. Ensure the review of the required modifications.
- Visit, valid and / or update the mock-up rooms and issue the reports resulting from these reviews. Assist local teams to adapt the furniture and to monitor new providers
- Cooperation with internal services: Operations/Design/Technical/Marketing;
- Participation in programming and Project budgeting;
- Supervision of Construction and Assembling works’ quality;
- Assure that the partners keep in line with the brand standards and concepts;
- Assistance at Development stage with new projects design & solutions feasibility reviews in cooperation with the development department, properties audits;
- Contract negotiations & follow-ups with suppliers and consultants;
- Сorporate property management tools implementation;
- Brand standards adaptation to local specifics
Owner Relations
- Develop and maintain strong, mutually beneficial, trust-based business relationships with owners and franchisees to assure customer satisfaction and promote repeat business.
Education:
Professional experience:
- More than 3 years of construction/Architecture experience
- More than 2 years of Construction Project Management
- Experience in project managements/construction/architecture/design of international branded hotels is a must
- Luxury hotels experience will be advantage
- Good knowledge of architecture, interior design, civil works, finishing works
- Technical documents knowledge
Languages:
- Russian + Fluent business English (both verbal and written)
