LIFECYCLE MARKETING MANAGER MISSION
As the Lifecycle Marketing manager, your mission is to attract, engage and retain customers through channels including email and in-product to generate MQLs, PQLs and SQLs.
YOUR OUTCOMES

Own channel marketing including email and in-product lifecycle strategy and create the vision for future campaigns and product launch strategies for mid-market and enterprise prospects and customers

Understand our prospect and customer funnel, identify gaps and opportunities to increase conversion through automation

Develop segmentation strategies and maintain customer database health, integrity, and performance
-
Collaborate with creative team and produce creative strategy across the prospect and customer lifecycle
-
Partner closely with cross-functional teams in Creative, Marketing, Sales and Product
-
Supervise and analyze channel performance, conduct A/B testing
-
Report results based on monthly OKRs and industry benchmarks on a monthly basis
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
-
5+ years of proven experience in demand generation, lifecycle, or email marketing
-
Experience with marketing automation platforms and tools (HubSpot preferred)

Understanding of the prospect and customer lifecycle, and implementing/iterating on a plan to get results

Have a transformative approach with the ability to bring projects to life

Skilled presenter with effective written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities; data-driven thinking

High energy and solution-oriented - always looking to make improvements

Outstanding organization and project management skills, with great attention to detail.

Working knowledge of HTML and CSS

Native or highly proficient in verbal and written English. Additional languages are a plus.
