Brand Excellence and Digital Transformation Manager Russia & CIS
Key responsibilities:?
Lead Future Fit 2.0 and Capabilities development, specifically Brand Excellence, Digital Transformation, Patient Experience:
- Assess, monitor and develop FutureFit 2.0 Capabilities, working with Global Brand Excellence and funneling and adapting knowledge and projects to affiliate needs in order to be aligned with One AbbVie Team.
Brand Excellence:
-
Coordinate and re-assess Brand Team work as a part of Brand Excellence Capability, ensuring best practices are used, nurture cross-functional collaboration, identifying development needs;
-
Manage 1-7-5 Brand Plan process and enable brand teams to deliver 1-7-5 brand plans of a better quality, taking into account new local challenges and global/area changes and annual updates;
-
Ensure alignment to global guidance and Brand Excellence methodology on strategy development and cross-geography cross-functional work.
Digital Transformation:
-
Working with BTS to champion Digital Transformation, developing Digital Strategy and understanding by Business Units/Therapeutic Areas;

Multichannel Marketing (MCM): establishing eDetailing / Closed Loop Model (CLM) and other tools integration between BT strategies and IFT tactics:
- Ensuring Digital content is in places, establishing process and assessing Business Unit needs for approved emails, mass emails, HCP Portal and other digital tools.
- Challenging BUs to use best practices in delivering their key messages, ensuring data-driven approach is used.
Patient Experience:

Ensuring Patient Experience is driving business decisions and Brand Strategy working cross-functionally with all Brand Teams across the affiliate.

Establishing a robust Patient Journey process withing the affiliate to ensure meaningful outcomes by business units:
- Co-creating and leading Patient Journey Workshops.
- Driving process of updating and re-assessing Patient Journeys
- Setting up and working with key stakeholders and Brand Teams on strategic moments of meaning and key leverage points to address in strategy and execution across therapeutic areas.
- Providing a clear and transparent information flow between Affiliate’s patient outcome and potential Global or Area needs or solutions.
Communicating with stakeholders at different hierarchy levels, including AMT, Area leadership, Brand Teams, IFTs and other departments. Leading by example.
Qualification:

Minimum 3 years of working experience, experience in healthcare industry and sales/ marketing/ market research background preferred;

Proactive and highly self-motivated;
-
Collaboration and influencing skills, be able to communicate with business leaders independently and confidently, experienced in working in matrix structure.
Skills:

Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams to leverage cross-functional learning and insight;

Ability to translate strategy into implementation tactics, communicate clearly and allocate responsibilities to cross-functional team members;

Ability to define business performance KPIs and assess progress on implementation;
Knowledge:

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English;

Knowledge of the broader healthcare environment, industry practices and developments;

Business acumen and knowledge of commercial aspects, especially of brand planning;
