We are a Global OSINT (Open source intelligence) company with HQ in Amsterdam that empowers investigators and security professionals with ground-breaking AI-powered products. We assemble massive volumes of data and deep insights from open sources in Social media, Blockchain and Darknet and visualize a holistic picture for data-driven decisions and investigations.
We are looking for a leader who will lead the digital marketing department, develop and execute digital strategy, and accelerate customer acquisition and increase retention in the EU and the US.
You will:

Develop and execute digital strategy with the focus on accelerating customer acquisition and increasing retention in the EU and the US.

Plan and run integrated demand generation campaigns with the leading research agencies IDC, Forester, F&S and lead generation agencies. Generate pupileine with MQLs.

Manage customer acquisition campaigns (Webinars, OLV, Performance, Paid Social, SEO).
-
Look for growth points, test non-standard channels for demand generation and growth hacking mechanics.

Build omnichannel channel analytics, monitor and improve marketing performance (Cost of MQL, Cost per Demo, CAC, ROMI). Build marketing attribution and MMX model to identify the channels with the highest impact on sales.

Build a professional community and evolve social media channels (YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter).

Launch CDP platform. Segment, target and manage customer base accelerate customer acquisition and increase retention in the EU and the US.

Develop and implement a communication plan for interacting with clients through CRM.

Brief and lead communication with digital agencies.

Lead digital marketing department, recruit and train the team.

Lead cross-functional teams to create, plan and execute digital marketing strategy. Coordinate planning & execution with internal teams.
We are expecting that you:

Have proven track record in customer acquisition in B2B on global markets.

Have deep understanding of how a product is sold and the channels they are sold into.
