What you’ll do:

Be the first point of contact for general customer enquiries, providing customer service excellence at every opportunity

Provide expert advice to GoStudent customers and support them with any technical issues

Offering help through our live chat function, processing emails and issuing invoices
-
Work together with the Customer Care team to find customer-friendly solutions

Take care of high-priority requests (teacher search, organization, booking)

Organize tutoring sessions
