A large multinational company engaged in maintenance, repair, overhaul of complex equipment is interested in an experienced KAM to manage and develop business with a MM sales customer in Russia.
Goal: drive accounts’ performance and new business development through solid customer relationship management and excellence of ongoing services provided under existing long-term contracts
Job Description:
- Manage existing business with the account in a team: ensuring complex technical service/parts delivery contracts management, supporting communication between various structures within client company on all levels with respective business units/divisions in the employer accross several countries; ensure any miscommunication or conflict are addressed and resolved; negotiating addendums to service contracts, signing appendices;
- New Business Development: proactively identifying opportunities for business development, tracking situation development and addressing client needs by a technical-commercial proposal customized to the standards accepted by customer; negotiating and signing new contracts; administering signing procedure — and back to coordination.
- Marketing activities supporting business development with the account and territory.
Requirements:
- University degree, preferably technical (possibly business administration, marketing)
- Experience in selling complex technical products, services and solutions preferably to industries using expensive and bulk equipment, experience in foreign trade contracting: elaborating technical proposal, contract and tender documentation, fully versed with import/export procedures in Russian Federation
- Establishes rapport immediately. Negotiator. Organization and client relationship. Teamworker & Complete finisher. Quick to grasp new skills and behaviour models. Habit to multicultural teams.
- Enthusiasm to working in technical services environment — keen interest to technical details, willingness to travel domestically and abroad.
- Flawless spoken and written English, good spoken German is an advantage
