Looking for Associate Consultants and Principal for global organizational consulting firm (Moscow office).Team: 10,000 employees in more than 50 countries
As a team member you will be managed projects for major Russian and international companies in following areas:
- Organizational Strategy, business process optimization, business effectiveness, HR Design, performing diagnostics and transformation of HR processes, assessing the maturity of HR processes
- Leadership Development, KPIs system implementation (developing and implementing models of corporate and professional competencies, developing job profiles, developing tools to assess employee competency levels, assessing the competencies of top managers and employees and developing personal development plans)
- Designing grade systems (assessing positions, developing grading systems, developing basic pay ranges)
- Designing Rewards and Benefits systems (performing diagnostics and needs analysis, developing concepts for remuneration systems and new motivation system, developing detailed remuneration systems including basic salary and benefits, short-term and long-term remuneration)
- Assessment and Succession (developing and implementing programmes to develop talents, developing and implementing career routes and career management processes, developing and optimising performance management systems)
- Talent Acquisition (talent acquisition strategy and plan management, candidates assessment, on-boarding program, new Comers guide design and implementation)
Expected skills, experience and background:
- Excellent academic track record
- Experience in management consulting or in HR (inhouse) will be of advantage
- Problem-solving and creative thinking skills
- Self-driven, well-structured yet ?exible, able to think strategically
- High level of agility, openness to develop new skills and areas of expertise
- Ability to work in multitasking environment
- Eagerness to deliver value and ability to take initiative
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
- Fast learner, team player with strong communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines, attentiveness to detail
- English at least at upper Intermediate level
- IT skills: advanced MS Excel, Word, Power Point user
