Supports planning, implementation, and management of data, operations, development of business technology and decision-making tools, meeting content development, and coordination.
This colleague also works closely with the heads of directions and NDM team to support ongoing efforts to improve operational effectiveness and support them to better drive sustainable growth for the business.
This role also requires this colleague to lead a variety of strategic initiatives, ongoing internal deliverables, and special projects. He/she anticipates, identifies, understands, engages in, and supports the prioritization of issues and opportunities across the department and ensures these initiatives are completed in a timely and effective manner.
Facilitator with the platform and enabling functions to gain alignment and support; coordinate with the other local and cross-functional colleagues to identify and implement best practices, and to ensure consistency in over-arching processes and systems
Core responsibilities:
• One employee under this role;
o Analytic reports and management of the internal database.
• Control, develop, and motivate staff to achieve the assigned tasks.
• Organize work on the achievement of sales plans by the business:
o Organize and manage the development of analytic tools for business processes simplification;
o Support role in strategic and commercial initiatives of the department;
o Develop the existing database and align with official reporting;
o Prepare the data for the whole department’s directions.
o Organize the monitoring of accounts receivable and prepare the information for National Distribution team regular meetings
o Provide strategic, operational and communications support to the immediate supervisor to enhance business objectives clarity, engagement, and organizational efficiency; anticipates and identifies the prioritization of opportunities and issue. Preparation of the reports on demand for Commercial director related to internal processes
o The development and management of improvement the analytical tools for mutual control and monitoring of the key performance indicators with the finance team
• To interact with the heads of retail and budget sales of commercial department in the planning of primary (to-market) sales:
o Organize the data related to main sales channels for data driven decisions;
o Collect, keep, analyze the data for to-market forecast.
• Organize :
o Analyze the market and pricing and provide the result of analysis to immediate supervisor,
o Support the process of approval of the commercial policy and SOPs in collaboration with National distribution team
• Participation in the annual corporate audit around national distribution:
o The support in data preparation: SOPs, sales documents, policies, etc.
o Check and monitor the SOPs implementation, create, and monitor control points for each direction of the department,
o Mitigate the risks in processes in collaboration with Customer service team, NDM team and heads of Retail and Tender teams
Requirements:
• Strong process/project management capabilities; collaborative with the ability to influence without formal authority
• Сcommercial and marketing experience in the Pharmaceutical and/or BioTech industry required At least 3 years of experience in the commercial department of a pharmaceutical company
• Knowledge of the Legislation of the Russian Federation related to the implementation of activities, including, but not limited to, all official documents and regulations relating to the implementation of government and budget purchases.
• Features of the budgetary market of the Russian Federation. The state and prospects of financing the health care system
• Strong communications and presentation skills, including written and oral communication of executive-level information and recommendations; global and cross-functional communications
• Understanding HC system/access situation and other aspects of the environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to establish mutually beneficial relationships and collaborate with stakeholders across levels and functions, internally and externally
• Entrepreneurial vision and intensity, the bias for action and results
Technical skills: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Data management: SQL, MS Access, BI solutions
Education: university degree
Languages: at least upper-intermediate level, fluent English.
Languages: upper-intermediate English. Proficiency in Russian
