Project
Bristol Ground School (BGS) is the leading distance learning provider for students achieving the European Aviation Safety Agency ‘Airline Transport Pilot’s License’ (ATPL).

To maintain market leadership and meet the rising e-learning expectations of new students, BGS set out to embrace a bold new software-driven approach to its course packages. With Helastel at its side, this journey would ultimately lead BGS to establish the globally recognised de facto standard for classroom-based training in aviation.
Job purpose
Oversees a company’s projects interactions with the public through implementing content strategies on social media platforms. Аnalyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions and planning digital campaigns to build community online.
Key Responsibilities

develop creative and engaging social media strategies
-
manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Tiktok and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels
-
oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools
-
form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms
-
undertake audience research
-
manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
-
monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights
-
research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity
-
analyze competitor activity
-
recommend improvements to increase performance
-
set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement
-
manage a budget for social media activities
-
educate other staff on the use of social media and promote its use within your company (in-house roles)
-
encourage collaboration across teams and departments
-
regularly liaise with clients via email, conference calls

Experience/qualifications

proven working experience over at least three years in SMM position(preferably to have experience in B2C saas platforms in education)

excellent English and Russian language skills

a solid understanding of the use of a range of social media platforms, particularly in relation to advertising/branding and customers
-
strong copywriting (in English) and editing skills suitable for each platform, from knowing how to write a successful tweet to using effective storytelling techniques
-
knowledge and understanding of algorithms and search engine optimisation
-
ability to use graphic editors (mobile applications for photo processing, Figma or Photoshop)
-
ability to work in video editors
Terms
Remote work, full time.
