We are hiring a Leads Generation Specialist (Hospitality: Food & Beverage Technology). You will need to use LinkedIn, Email, Insta and Cold Calling to organise physical meetings between operations managers/owners of Dubai restaurants and our Sales Representative on the spot in Dubai.
Full-time position.
Required Soft skills:
-Confidence in a written(35%) and oral(65%) conversation with potential partners.
-Professional/Advanced English proficiency.
-Experience in cold calls and cold outreach campaigns (LinkedIn + Email + Insta).
-Great time management & Responsibility for the work required to be done.
-Experience in business/professional communication in English, don’t forget to put yourself in the customer’s shoes.
-Be ready for constant Customers Nurturing (keep the conversation going and warm up your leads: sometimes it takes time to attract a potential partner).
-Experience of prequalify leads and determine ICP (Ideal Customer Profile).
-Proactive approach. We're a start-up and working 9-5 is not our story. Don’t be afraid to ask questions, the more you ask the faster and more efficiently you learn to become a great salesperson in the future.
-Ability for constant Revision and Reflection on the work done and the processes involved. Personal input in the teamwork process optimization.
Required Hard Skills:
-Experience in using LinkedIn and social media (Facebook, Instagram) is a must, creating appealing profiles, including original and engaging content related to our service, partners’ business, and hospitality/dining industry in general.
-Experience with automated tools like (Expandi.io for Linkedin messaging, Apollo.io for emails).
-Experience with amoCRM.
-Experience in using Excel for Leads Generation purposes.
-Experience with GSuite, especially, Google Calendar.
Moreover:
-Previous experience in the position of Lead Generator from 12 months is a plus.
-Knowledge of the Russian/Arabic language is a plus.
Technical Requirements:
-Personal laptop with the capacity to handle Google Meetings and amoCRM.
-High-speed internet connection.
Objectives/KPIs:
-Make 60 calls a day and send 30 messages.
-Organise 20 meetings a week by cold outreach and cold calling.
