Main goal
To review and implement recruitment strategy for academic and non-academic personnel taking into account new opportunities and worldwide environment.
Responsibilities
- Develops and implements sustainable recruitment and effective adaptation of the employees. Establishes and maintains relations with the best universities and other educational organizations worldwide in terms of the best practices for recruiting and adapting employees.
- Implements best practices for efficient and timely academic and non-academic (business) recruitment.
- Develops recruitment metrics and manages the operational efficiency of the selection process.
- Controls and maintenance of the recruitment workflow.
- Implements the Institute’s Employer brand in collaboration with the Strategic Communications Department.
- Manages a centralized filling and updating of the page in the section "vacancies" on the Institute's website, on external specialized portals, in the media.
- Performs internal communication about HR changes.
Team
Qualification requirements
- At least 5-year experience in the recruitment.
- At least 5-year experience in international companies or universities or executive search firm with a profound record of successful recruitment projects accomplishments.
- Recruitment experience with non-standard and academic vacancies as a plus.
- Experience in developing HR policies.
- Higher Education.
- Fluent English.
- Ability to solve complex tasks, implement modern practices, develop a team, and automate the process.
- Ability to find universal, high-speed and scalable solutions.
