We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join the iSpring Global Sales team (7 sales professionals so far). Our ideal candidate speaks English fluently, is enthusiastic about sales, and knows exactly how to sell. The candidate may lead a team and organize and advance the workflow to ensure our goal of 2x revenue growth over 12 months.
We expect that during the first months, you’ll thoroughly learn the iSpring products, including their strong and weak points, understand the competitive landscape, and gain a thorough understanding of iSpring customers. With outstanding sales achievement over 6 -12 months, you can be promptly promoted to the Head of Sales Team.
What you will do:
- Achieve your sales goals
- Negotiate and close deals with the key customers
- Establish, improve, and develop relationships with customers
- Analyze and improve your day-to-day sales activities (review phone calls records, ensure all activities are logged to the CRM)
- Participate in sales staff recruiting, help train and develop team members
- Communicate and collaborate with colleagues and with other company’s departments
You:
- Can communicate, network, and negotiate
- Passionate about innovation and software
- Initiative and ambitious
- Can write and speak in English (have experience in business correspondence and flawless command of grammar)
- Ready for everyday communications in English with native speakers
- Know how to create sales strategy and set sales goals
- Can analyze sales data and perspectives
- Can analyze and optimize sales funnel
- Have strong knowledge of MS Excel
Plus, you:
- May have previous experience in e-Learning or corporate training
- May have experience in organizing call-center processes
- Comfortable with digital data representation and spreadsheets
- Have entrepreneurial skills
- A tech-savvy person
