Garena - is an international online game developer and publisher. Our portfolio of published games includes such well-known titles as League of Legends, Call of Duty Mobile, Arena of Valor. We always strive to bring new and exciting experiences to our players, so at this point, we are strengthening our CIS publishing team and looking for a Community Manager to develop the community of our yet unannounced mobile game.

Responsibilities:
-
Moderate conversations across social channels (VK, Youtube, Discord)

Directly help users with their daily issues
-
Work closely with cross-functional and cross-project teams to deliver and promote the gaming content updates, news, tips and tricks;

Work closely with QA team to resolve in-game issues of users
-
Define strategies and initiatives to grow the community
-
Identify engagement opportunities and act on them by creating topics & events;
-
Define strategies and initiatives to make the communication between the company and users more comfortable
-
Define strategies and initiatives to keep players satisfied
-
Monitor and report channels’ community sentiments
Qualification:
-
1 - 3 years of working experience in marketing, social media management, and community development.

Be able to localize content and bring important information to users
-
Be able to handle community crisis
-
Great communication and negotiation skills, service-minded personality
-
Experienced with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Gmail
-
Thrives in an international, fast-paced, and results-driven team environment
-
Team player with a strong can-do attitude
-
Passionate about games and the gaming industry
-
Good level of Russian and English language (spoken and written)
-
Proven work in running social media or game community management is a plus.
