Knowledge/ skills/ duties:
• Knowledge of Petrochemical and Iron & Steel industry/market is a MUST.
• Valve’s market knowledge is necessary
• Customer relationship, sales of valuables
• Establish and develop relationships with end users, Licensor, Design Houses and EPC contractors
• Ability to work in a multitasking environment.
• Excellent skills in oral and written communications in both Russian and English, presentations.
• Professional maturity and diplomacy when working with internal and external clients.
• Adherence to a strict code of ethics and all related obligations.
• Conduct presentations to all departments and management levels in customer's organization
• Represent company at commercial and technical negotiation meetings
• Facilitate communications between various departments within company and customer to provide efficient and accurate information
• Expand market share and increase profitability in a designated sales region by increasing market share of existing equipment and services and with the addition of new products
• Support and assist other members of the sales team as requested, with particular regards to the aftermarket providing turnaround consultant services for the Petrochemical, Refining and Iron&Steel industries
Responsibilities:
The following responsibilities are required but not limited to:
• Issue timely reports as required by management.
• Analyze the current and future market conditions and issue recommendations on improving market share and profitability.
• Participate in company sales meetings and present sales projections and forecast, market analysis, lost business report and analysis, and competitor analysis.
Who we are looking for:
• Higher education (technical as a plus);
• 3-5 years in similar position with strong Petrochemical and valves knowledge;
• Very systematic way of working: strong analytical skills; Ability to build a very systematic measurement of performance, use it as a basis for action plans;
• Good communication & negotiation skills;
• Good English (both written and spoken) language as a must;
• Should be ready for business trips.
