We are currently looking for an experienced Head of recruitment and encouraging candidates all over the world willing to relocate to Riga to apply.
Role’s summary:
Shape and deliver a best-in-class talent acquisition function (attracting top talent and professional candidates in a timely, efficient and cost-effective manner) for all three businesses: Travel, Entertech, FinTech.
Main goals for the first three months:
- setting recruitment plan for the next 3-6 months together with hiring managers and execute this
- presenting a headhunting strategy for the key hiring needs (middle level manager, specialists, IT)
- gathering a team of experienced headhunters
Main responsibilities:
- creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for middle-level positions and IT
- driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities
- leading all sourcing strategies: main focus on headhunting and direct approach
- together with the management setting up recruitment plans and priorities, coordinating with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
- managing end-to-end recruitment for middle roles
- leading and developing a team of recruiters
- identifying and partnering with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met
- improving recruitment process and providing necessary trainings to the hiring managers
- setting up analytics tools and taking care about data records (SAP Success Factors), keeping track of recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, number of placements, cost-per-hire etc.)
- together with HR, PR and IC team building a strong employer brand
- build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners
You’re the best candidate if:
- you have proven experience in relevant position
- you have hands-on recruitment experience with multiple fields: management, marketing, IT
- you have experience in a leading a team
- you have great English skills (at least B2-C1)
- you have experience with different types of evaluation tools (interviews, etc.), candidate approaching and screening techniques
- you’re capable of building relationships across the organization
- you have excellent head-hunting skills
