Responsibilities:
-You have experience in IT selection (from 6 months), understand all the processes and know all details in this area;
-You love to communicate and meet new people, you are very flexible and pleasant for communication;
-You are ready to offer ideas for improving all HR processes and have an interest in the implementation of new projects;
-You know how to organize your working days and understand the priorities of tasks.
-We are looking for a highly organised and responsible colleague who can manage his/her own tasks by him/herself without supervising and control.
Requirements:
- Cold search (you can hunt android/ IOS/ Web, UX/UI disigners, devops, frontend/ backend developers etc. via LinkedIn, Telegram, local sites etc.)
- Recruiting specialists in teams (post CVs, select candidates by their CVs, interview the applicants, provide feedback, support the candidates and technical specialists throughout the selection process);
- Communication with internal customers (leads, PM and other employees) at all stages of selection (from the formation of a selection request to the approval of a job offer);
- Handling the incoming candidate stream and maintaining a candidate base in Huntflow;
- Adaptation of employees, control of input points;
- Participation in HR Team projects.
