NovaMedica, LLC is looking to fill the Sales Force Effectiveness Manager position.
Responsibilities:
- FF target setting process
- FF performance tracking & review process
- FF incentive schemes development and approval process
- FF incentivization process
- Targeting & segmentation process
- Support new FF lines deployment and re-deployment
Job Qualifications:
- University degree or equivalent
- Work experience in Pharma industry (preferred) or FMCG in SFE roles or equivalent (SFE manager, head SFE)
- Very high level of autonomy
- Team player
- Good communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to learn and develop
- Ability to work under high pressure
- High emotional stability
- English level: upper intermediate
