Personal Assistant responsibilities:
- Monitoring a reporting manager’s email and responding if required;
- Preparing communications on behalf of a manager;
- Answering phone calls;
- Organizing travel and itineraries;
- Taking responsibility for accounts and budgets;
- Working more closely with management if taking on some of the manager's responsibilities;
- Organizing and planning meetings;
- Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings;
- Conducting or preparing any research that the reporting manager may require;
- Various ad hoc requests.
Business Assistant responsibilities:
- NDA / SOW / MSA.
- End-to-end liaison with UK Sales team and with the customer if needs be.
- Communication with our legal team to accelerate the process.
- General Admin Support.
- Finding contacts.
- Helping arrange ‘marketing giveaways’.
- Sending out.
- Helping with UK social media in alliance with marketing.
Requirements:
- Self Organized.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Computer literacy.
- Verbal and written articulacy.
- Professional discretion.
- Efficiency.
- Well-developed time management skills.
- English Upper-Intermediate or hire.
