The position of CJM Consultant requires experience in process improvement and customer experience. You will participate in diagnostics of the processes and business models of companies and help in creation customer-centric processes. You will be engaged in building systems for continuous improvement of customer experience and continuous improvement of products, processes and services. You will have a varied landscape of application of the methodology: training events and master classes, expert support and accompaniment of teams, implementation of changes. Candidates must show competency and qualities as follows:
Ideal candidate will have:
Excellent analysis, communication, and presentation skills
Deep knowledge of Excel and working with data from various sources (both internal and external)
Deep knowledge of Power Point?and multimedia presentations
Meticulous attention to detail and quality
Ability to work in both English and Russian
Quickly adapt to new concepts and able to understand both big picture concepts and detailed elements of methodology
Minimum 1.5 - 2 years of experience in consulting
