KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Higher education (preferably degree in marketing);

Upper Intermediate English;

Advanced user of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe Acrobat reader);

2+ years of successful experience in category/brand management in FMCG market (preferably in PHC category);

Experience in category strategy development;

Knowledge of category promotion to the market (launch new product in the market, Go To

Market strategy development and implementation);

Knowledge of modern communication and promotional channels (digital, Social Media,ect);

Ability to combine analytical and creative skills;

Creative out-of-the box thinking and readiness to challenge traditional methods;

Principal Duties
-
Product portfolio and strategic category support management at CIS level
- Newness planning management
- To lead annual demand process and utilization of New product Reprting with support from Junior specialist
- Representing the interests of the CIS region and RU at the global forum, acts as core point of contact and drives alignments of CIS/RU needs with Global Marketing Team
2. Owner of regional strategy and tactics for the category and its key brands and product segments to address market potential and support overall regional sales strategy within global strategic framework
- Build strategy on available internal and external data and research insights
- In depth understands global strategy and drives its application at the CIS level
- Organizes and gathers regular feedback to understand results and gather insights for development of further plans, tools and support tactics for category development.
- Periodically organizes resources for consumer research and market data to supplement knowledge base and understanding of market and consumer trends.
3. Accountable for category profit plan and growth objectives delivery in line with price positioning and regional annual growth agenda (CIS, RU)
- Development of effective category merchandising and promotional strategy, category and brand flows for catalog and online platforms with further implementation within regional commercial campaign planning process
- full collaboration within other stakeholders in integrated planning process (annual, quarterly and camping 360)
- monitors performance, gathers feedback, identifies risk and opportunities and launches course correcting initiatives to address them
4. Acts as initiator and business owner of brands communication including product launch plans, Customer and Sales Force communication plan and product activation initiatives in line with positioning, overall BBS brand identity, tone of voice and commercial objectives.
- Develops annual communication strategy (Consumer + Sales Force) for the category and is responsible for its execution in close cooperation with other marketing functions, Sales Support, Sales.
- Develops new product launches / brand activations plans (Consumer + Sales Force) based on the array of available channels and tools. Is responsible for execution of those plans in close cooperation with other marketing functions, Sales Support, Sales.
