Job Responsibilities:
- Organization and maintenance of Managed Services department function (consultants-analysts, testers, developers).
- Setting and monitoring the fulfillment of tasks for the department employees.
- Customers Relationship management within the framework of the services provided.
- Development of a service department to support a number of software products (Salesforce, CT Mobile, etc.).
- Development of the direction of providing support services, including participation in sales events, improving the efficiency of the service.
- Tracking service contracts (terms, SLA fulfillment, meetings with clients, billing).
- Connection of new clients.
- Achievement of the department's financial indicators.
- Managing the interaction processes between the Managed Services department and related departments.
- Work with escalations, settlement of disputes with customers.
Requirements:
- Experience in relevant position (priority for Software Vendors) ans SI) at least 2 years.
- Knowledge of ITIL standards and experience.
- Experience with CRM system.
- English - Upper-intermediate.
