We are looking for a professional Account director/Account manager in our team with experience in the IT sphere.

Responsibilities in Detail:
- Contribute to the overall success of penetrating and developing the local accounts for company through proactive engagement and contribution to the local business by assuming overall go-to-market and revenue responsibility in the given accounts.
- Manages development of long-term and trustful relationships between incadea and assigned accounts, mainly German automotive OEMs.
- Is responsible and accountable for direct sales through OEMs towards its dealer network in order to ensure high level of network penetration, dealer satisfaction level, high level of usage of the incadea products and ensuring clear business value for the end customers.
- Synchronizes and streamlines accounts sales strategy and tactics with global and corporate-level strategy and tactics
- Ensures operations meet revenue; gross margin and growth targets as well as the implementation of best practices in bid and contract management
- Works closely with the services organization to ensure the sales is fully integrated with the services offering
- Interacting closely with the OEM(s) and the internal incadea OEM product manager(s) to address OEM / IML product needs
Mandatory requirements:
- BA/MBA or equivalent Commercial degree, Technology degree but with a strong Commercial focus, alternatively a business finance background; other certifications and diplomas are a benefit
- A minimum of five years of proven track record in IT company as account sales management role, including the coordination and supervision of international key-account management and marketing – relevant experience in the software industry is considered as a strong asset
- High level of understanding how to translate technology to benefit client needs
- Sales driven person, target oriented, with good grasp of business and its trends
- Excellent financial and business acumen, combined with strategic thinking and tactical execution, sharp analytical skills and structured work approach
- Ability to influence business decisions and processes through effective working relationships, excellent communication and presentation skills through charismatic and pragmatic personality
- Professional fluent written and verbal communication in both English and Russian, proficiency in a 3rd language is an asset
- Excellent communication skills, client orientation, team player, ability to multitask, excellent organizational skills, time management
Desirable requirements:
- Account management experience with German automotive OEMs
- German language at a good level
- A strong background in the IT/SW development and consulting industry
- Very good understanding of the automotive industry and its business drivers
