Accor hotel complex includes 3 hotel brand: ibis-Mercure-Adagio with 433 rooms (190 rooms in ibis, 149 rooms in Mercure & 94 rooms in Adagio), 8 conference rooms, two restaurants, two bars, fitness center, free wifi, library and other facilities.
Main responsibilities:
- Сontrol the work of the department's employees and organize operational processes in the department (Head of MICE&Groups, in charge of 3 sales managers and 1 sales coordinator);
- Participate in forecasting MICE&Groups revenue and develop tactics / sales strategy according to market trends, guided by the planned indicators of the hotel complex. (Supervision of MICE&Groups’s Team KPI’s & achievements);
- Ensure the established quality and sales volumes in MICE&Groups, meet budgetary targets and be responsible for revenue figures.
- Maintain the work of the department and represent the department at hotel’s meetings during the absence of the sales director.
- To represent the hotel at industry events: to present the services of the hotel at exhibitions, seminars, other thematic events, to negotiate with key and potential customers.
- Lead the search for new opportunities of cooperation with partners in frames of Business & Creative projects (Representatives of the tourism sector, charitable foundations, museums and committees).
- Implement Accor initiatives as a pilot property, focus on global projects.
Education \ Professional experience:
- Higher professional education;
- Experience in the field of sales of hotel services for at least 2 years;
- Advanced PC proficiency.
- Fluent English, knowledge of another European language will be an advantage.
- Flexibility of thinking, independence, initiative, high focus on the result.
- Communication skills, competent speech, сcustomer focus, ability to build long-term relationships with the client;
