Role description:
The digital marketing manager is a key member of a global marketing team of Diagnocat. We are looking for a strategic out-of-the-box thinker whose main responsibility will be to optimize the lifecycle journeys and campaigns, map the content to proper place and adept at planning workflows. We expect a deep knowledge of marketing automation, own email best practices, managing social media and having knowledge at targeting. The role’s contribution to pipeline and revenue is essential.
Responsibilities
- Contribute into creation and further execution of the marketing plan in collaboration with sales and customer success, create and manage marketing campaigns from concept through execution, contribute into design and content creation, campaign development and measurement
- Build from the scratch marketing automation processes based on Hubspot and AMO CRM, lead integration of Zoom accounts, emailing systems, social media posting instruments. Set up all templates and smart lists, design nurturing process
- Serve as a main administrator for the Hubspot marketing environment and AMO CRM for marketing automation
- Produce marketing automation intelligence and analytics, perform A/B tests, and demonstrate ways to optimize campaigns and communications
- Analyze and share sales reports and dashboards to establish best practices and adjust programs based upon campaign performance
- Contribute into social media posting and analytics
- Targeting, including Yandex, Google, VK, Facebook ads. Generate ideas and insights, track performance and results, shape the budgeting of media strategy
- Website analytics, monitoring & regular reporting
Requirements
- 3+ years' B2B marketing, demand generation, and/or other relevant marketing
- 2+ years' automated marketing campaign management using cloud technology (preferably Hubspot)
- Excellent Marketing Automation, Lead Management/Demand Generation, and Life-cycle or Growth Marketing
- Knowledgeable of Google ads, Yandex ads, Facebook business manager
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and desire for complete ownership of a project
- Flexible, can-do attitude, and excel in highly dynamic environment
- Fluent English
