You’ll have ambition, talent and obviously, some key skills:
- Work experience in hotel's Sales department, Front Office and reservations
- Fluent English
- Communication & presentation skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Attention to details
- OPERA computer system knowledge
Because, for this vital role, we’re looking for someone who can
- Ensure an effective operational workflow of the S&M Department by on-time and accurate information processing
- Effectively manage and network existing accounts and prepare contracts
- Insert all the relevant MICE information into the system and to send it out to the operation departments
- Cooperate with all hotel departments involved in to Sales and Accommodation process
- Being part of the Hotel’s team for maximizing revenue goals and perfecting customers’ satisfaction
