We are always looking to hire experienced, highly motivated, and passionate professionals who will share our vision and contribute to Crystalia Glass growth opportunities.
Our ideal candidate for this position is organized, has strong prioritization skills, can be flexible when challenges arise, has a deep desire to develop and mentor others, and wants to work in a fast-growing NYC-based company.
After all stages of the interview, two candidates will be selected. The key challenge for this role is to build a new team and support an existing successful sales team. Your efforts will be supported by guidance and input from the Owner/CEO, and other teammates as required.
You will also receive a specially developed training program to learn about our quality product.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Understand and promote the Crystalia Glass goals, priorities, and lifestyle to the team
- Analysis of current sales statistics, development and implementation of new sales goals to increase sales in key market segments
- Conduct regular performance reviews of team members at weekly and monthly strategy meetings and provide ongoing mentoring. Support them in achieving and exceeding their goals
- Coordinate daily trading activities to ensure customer satisfaction
- Participation in the recruitment and training of new team members
- Reporting and providing feedback to advise on improving and developing the sales department with the Owner/CEO or senior management of the company
QUALIFICATIONS

7 - 10 years of related sales experience, with at least 4 years of supervisory experience

Experienced in CRM

A very organized, strong A-player who takes initiative and anticipates opportunities and problems, with an ability to see the “big picture” and drive business to achieve results
Job Type: Full-time, Remotely
Pay: Fixed Salary and commission based on goals performed
