A&D RUS is a trade representative company of the Japanese manufacturer of measuring equipment.
A&D RUS is looking for Business Unit Director (Industrial Equipment Sales Director) to develop industrial equipment sales direction. We are interested in an independent and experienced manager, capable and ready to plan and develop the work of a separate division of the company.
Responsibilities:
• Build and implement development strategy for the Business Unit and individual directions within the unit;
• Team management (including regional team): goal setting, monitoring;
• Make and manage price, discount and credit policies to improve sales efficiency and minimize delay accounts receivable;
• Responsibility for P&L of Business Unit (including the entire expenditure part, purchases, stocks, promotion);
• Effective management of all sales channels: direct customers, dealer chains;
• Increase sales and profits.
• Entering new products into the market from the start.
Requirements:
Education:
• Higher technical education (technological, engineering, metrological, electromechanical or similar);
• English - advanced or fluent
Work Experience:
• Successful experience in B2B project sales - sales management in industrial equipment field and interaction with customers, partners and dealers;
• Experience in team of 5 people managing, including experience in remote regional employees managing;
• Experience in commercial policy making;
• Experience in developing new business directions as a leader;
• Experience in P&L managing (preferably).
