On behalf of our client, international company which produces packaging equipment, In Job Russia
is looking for a Senior Sales Manager
Main responsibilities:
A- Core duties:
- Define sales strategy for the product in the territory in agreement with Product Line (PL) and Zone Business Director.
- Visit existing and potential customers in the Territory, and maximize number of contacts with them.
- Accompany customers overseas to visit reference customers and manufacturing plants of Bobst Group.
- Be in charge of actually negotiating Sales Contracts with delegation of the PL Management and together with Zone Business Director.
- Update the “Hot Prospects” sales pipe-line on a monthly basis.
- Attend Open Houses and exhibitions both local and global as required.
- Be the Territory Link with Sales Management of the PL.
- Cooperate with local Service Management, to ensure proper understanding of contract terms and successful installations, in order to maximize customer’s satisfaction and get repeat orders.
- Be in charge of monthly business reports.
B- Duties related to Product Strategy:
- Propose, define and implement pricing strategy for the product in the territory in agreement with Sales Management of the PL and Zone Business Director for the territory.
- Submit the yearly budget in number of machines.
- Propose an advertisement policy for the Product, the actual implementation being done by the local Sales Administration.
- Make recommendations to the PL about new Products and their pricing, change of specification for existing products.
C- Duties related to Market Intelligence:
- Collect brochures, data about competition and their activities in the territory, including orders they take, and report related information to the PL Management.
- Be alert about industry needs, look out for new trends influencing demand for the product, and liaise with the PL Management about it.
Requirements:
- Education: Higher. Technical background preferred.
- Job Related Experience: Sales experience in the same or related industry
- Total Working Experience: Over 3-8 years.
