Participation in the following assignments:
To participate in projects of the Group for the development of tangible and intangible incentives to the Company’s employees:
- Data mining and preparation,
- Perform calculation, financial and process modelling,
- Preparing analysis and reports.
To prepare the necessary information to participate in compensation and benefits surveys;
To participate in preparing the necessary analytical information, reports and presentations for the Company’s management;
To interacts with Compensation and Benefits survey providers, to maintain contacts with C&B colleagues of Big 4 in order of participation in compensation and benefits surveys;
To liaises with suppliers, coordinate contract signing process and payment of invoices related to reported areas;
To participate in budgeting process of personnel costs, coordinates process of data collection in Company units/offices in Russia and CIS;
To participate in the preparation of data for awarding bonuses to employees of the Company on results for the year;
To cooperate regularly with HR in Units, to provide consultations on issues related to reported areas.
To fill the role a candidate is expected to meet the following requirements:
- Higher education
- At least 0.5-1 year of experience in the related field
- Work experience and interaction with employees of different grades and specialties
- A confident user of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work with a large amount of information, attention to detail, analytical skills
- Advanced English (Upper-intermediate or Intermediate level)
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to details
- Ability to work under deadlines and multitasking
