Нам нужен чат-менеджер для общения с иностранцами на сайте знакомств
We are an international Internet company and we launch new projects every year. Our projects help people get to know each other, travel together and stream their content to large audiences.
At the moment we are expanding and we are in search of Online Operators who would help us boost our new projects. This position entails a high level of responsibility in boosting our platform by motivating its online users to help them eventually find their matches through increased activity.
Responsibilities:
- Generate online activity for user accounts;
- Interact with online members and engage them in real-time;
- Test services, report problems;
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate with members and convert customers into long-term members.
Requirements:
- English C1;
- Ability to work remotely (have a laptop, quiet place to work, stable internet connection);
- Strong written communication skills;
- High enthusiasm;
- The ability to multi-task;
- Positivity and attention to details;
- The ability to meet deadlines and follow directions.
