Key Job Responsibilities:
- Develop integrated digital strategies and tactical plans for brands based on business needs and customer insights.
- Define budgets and resources required for digital initiatives implementation as a part of operational planning. Monitor & control budget spending monthly.
- Ensure smooth operation of omnichannel ecosystem and its adjustment for current business needs.
- Enable strategic and innovative digital omnichannel programs.
- Manage execution of digital marketing projects and ensure deliverability of all goals and objectives at the regional level. Ensure the set-up of regional and global strategies and share KPIs
- In collaboration with Marketing and Sales effectiveness team, set up omnichannel approach within Viatris & orchestrate offline and online channels.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives and ensure increasing level of digital channels usage competences of field force and marketing teams.
- Establish KPIs for projects and activities, track performance, report on KPIs and uncover key learnings to cross-functional team. Contribute to the aggregation of 360 HCP level interaction data and it’s analysis.
- Main POC for Global Teams in the projects related to portal for HCPs, email marketing platforms (systems enhancements proposals & implementations, including UAT conduction).
- Main POC for Countries Teams (Marketing, Sales) in the projects related to digital (portal for HCPs, external projects, email marketing, etc). Partner with business to determine needs, ability to deep dive into business need and propose solutions.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, vendors for digital projects execution.
- Research digital marketing best practices and toolsets to identify new opportunities for the company.
Expertise:
- Education: marketing, economics, management
- Experience: 6+ years of work in international company, preferred – pharmaceutical industry
- Fluency in English, Russian
- Excellent project management skills, expertise in email marketing and media campaigns management.
- Excellent computer skills, analytical skills
- Ability to work in multicultural & cross-functional environment
