KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide consumer insights about product from the market to business teams
- Explore the available local competitive, consumer data and other insights which are actionable and relevant
- Keep communication with HQ
- Closely cooperate with product, sales, and marketing communication teams to synchronize and coordinate strategies, activities, and execution
- Handle creative production process for the assigned project
- Enable smooth workflow for supporting project documents
- Handle relevant reporting
- Ad hoc requests
- To be the voice of consumer for the business
PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTE
- A bachelor’s degree or above
- Strong command of the English and Chinese languages (Upper-Intermediate or above)
- 1+ years relevant experience from consumer study or market research industry
- Ability to learn an understand mobile phone industry
- Good communication, teamwork, and cross-functional communication skills
