Vacancy for the position

Responsibilities:

Functional
? Planning for the development and attraction of the customer base;
? Analysis and planning of sales with details on channels, responsible and products;
? Implementation of the sales plan;
? Control of accounts receivable;
? Formation of orders for the delivery of products to the head office, control of stock balances;
? Recruitment of personnel;
? Development of personnel motivation systems;
? Development and adaptation of training materials for staff;
? Development of commercial proposals and standard terms of cooperation with clients;
? Development of scripts and presentations for the development of the client base (working with objections);
? Organization of events, presentations, as well as participation in industry exhibitions;
? Work with VIP clients of the company (key clients will be served directly by the head of the direction)
? Responsibility for entrusted material values;
Requirements: - Basic experience and skills.
? Work in the commercial division of the jewelry industry in Turkey for at least 3-5 years.
? Experience as a sales manager for at least 3 years.
? Experience in managing employees from two people for at least 3 years
? Own customer base.
? Languages: Turkish, Russian (welcome: Arabic, English).
Conditions: - Motivation:
We are ready to pay a fixed salary for the probationary period.
Motivation after the end of the probation period (logic): the fixed rate is 30% and the bonus part is 70%.
The trial period is 3 months.
