ROLE
1) Drive business growth by building the brand
2) Develop and execute winning marketing strategy for assigned brand/category
3) Lead cross functional communication and cooperation
RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Product/Category management
- Develop product/category strategies built upon the business strategies, deep
market analysis and based on local consumer insights
- Develop detailed NPL (New products launch) plan in close cooperation with HQ
NPD. Assess results, make actionable conclusions and summarize key learnings
- On-going category management – Pricing, listings follow-up, forecasting, sales
analysis
- Closely follow assigned categories performance at point of sale (both on-line
and off-line)
2) Prepare and execute Annual Master plan (marketing activities plan) for assigned
brand
- Above-The-Line – Develop media-plans in close cooperation with media
manager
- Below-The-Line –Develop proper plans, based on consumer and shopper
insights. Ensure effective and timely execution. Assess results, make actionable
conclusions and summarize key learnings.
- Trade marketing – Build the respective brand in retail by using in-store
environment as medium. Closely cooperate with trade marketing team on in-
store consultancy, demonstrations, display programs, other POS materials.
Prepare and conduct trainings/demonstrations to sales team and field sales
force (when necessary). Closely monitor the results.
- Ensure the compliance of global brand guidelines across all communication
channels
- Market research – need-based
3) Effective coordination of blogger-community cooperation
4) Planning and budget management
- Conduct annual marketing planning for assigned brand. Ensure timely updates,
based on in-market performance and internal situation
- Marketing budget planning and control. Provide effective management,
monitoring and internal reporting of marketing budget spend across all lines
(planning, invoicing, reporting, system reporting and updates)
5) Leadership and Cross functional communication
- Make sure, that all marketing initiatives are properly communicated and
aligned internally (Top management, Sales, Finance, Logistics, Demand
planners, Media, Digital etc.)
- Initiate timely involvement of respective team members into the projects
planning and execution
- Ensure timely and effective communication with HQ offices
6) Cooperation with key customers
- Participation in negotiations with marketing inputs, ensure proper and timely
listings
- Develop category plans and tailored programs for selective customers in close
cooperation with sales team
7) Cooperation with partner-agencies
- Ensure effective collaboration with partner-agencies, incl. business/product
updates providing, product trainings
- Provide detailed, fact-based input/feedback to globally assigned agencies
(incl. formal presentation), entrepreneurship
