Deloitte CIS is currently looking for a Front Desk Supervisor in Internal Client Services Department of our Moscow office.

The role will involve:
- Supervision of Reception, Call Centre, Mail Room groups (14 people)
- Regular visit Reception and Call-Center desks and control of the receptionists (in terms of appearance, friendliness, etc., conference rooms readiness, internal procedures execution) on a daily basis
- Control over the all functions (conference room bookings, badges returning, fax distribution, schedule preparation and etc.)
- Problem solving
- Assessment, developing and training of subordinates
- Follow current policies and procedures and make updates if it is necessary

Subscription arrangement for the Firm

Contract and vendor management

Cost management and optimization
Requirements:
- University degree
- At least 2+ years of related experience
- Good user knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- High organisational skills and detail orientation
- Excellent hospitality manners
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Russian, fluency in English
Please note: this is a maternity cover of a regular employee up to 1,5 - 2 years.
