We are Cloud Linux Inc., the maker of the #1 OS for web hosting providers. We develop our products -- CloudLinux OS, KernelCare, and Imunify360 -- using the most innovative technologies.
We are looking for a Tech Trainer with strong communication and interpersonal skills to join our team. This role is a great opportunity for someone with drive and passion for learning new technology, teaching, and helping grow our team. You would be developing training materials and courses, conducting webinars, and training our tech support team about new products, features, and updates.
Work is fully remote, with flexible hours, so you can plan your day and work from anywhere in the world.

Your new role will involve:
- Working in a fast-growing software company to develop and maintain training courses on software products and technologies
- Facilitating online and onsite training courses on various CloudLinux products
- Preparing and conducting webinars
- Training internal tech support as well as customers on new features
- Developing relationships with project managers, support team, engineers and other subject-matter experts to further your knowledge in a particular technology domain
- Taking initiative to quickly learn new technologies
- Assisting in the coordination of other training resources
You will need some experience delighting customers, ideally working in an Agile environment.

Technical skills:
- Technical degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience in teaching others
- Experience in preparing webinars, training courses using related software
- Basic knowledge and experience of using Linux. You must be comfortable using the command line
If you have any of the following, it’s a distinct advantage:
- Experience with cPanel, Plesk or DirectAdmin
- Knowledge of hosting industry
- Development and deployment of simple web-applications
- Experience in using git
