Auslogics is looking for a skilled Windows system utilities Project Manager to join the company full time by telecommute.
Requirements
You are the right person for this job if you have advanced knowledge of English, are an independent, energetic and creative person. You can easily both inspire and manage a team. You have at least 3 years of productive experience as a project manager or product owner managing a cross-functional team working on a project. You have a good understanding of subjects like web analytics, landing page optimization, software development processes (agile, scrum, etc.)
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the project roadmap, setting goals and KPIs for the teams and ensuring desired results. You will regularly set up team meetings and training sessions. You will communicate with partners in both English and Russian (including phone calls and personal meetings). You will also develop and maintain project documentation, as well as ensure proper and uninterrupted operation of all systems, including development, testing, sales and user support.
Regular detailed reports to company management are a must. You may occasionally be required to work odd hours or weekends. Working at Auslogics you are sure to get priceless experience that you can’t get anywhere but at a rapidly growing startup.
