Responsibilities:
- Manage large projects
- Build project requirements, prioritize projects by their impact on business metrics, divide them into MVP and target solution stages, and compile documentation
- Plan resources for each team
- Manage the business, product, and development teams
- Work closely with the operations team
- Review and build processes
- Stay in close contact with a variety of people to build a vision for dashboard numbers and offline processes
- Compile dashboards
- Take complete responsibility for results, including need and impact
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of project management experience
- Experience running full-cycle projects, from hypothesis to impact evaluation and review
- Ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams
- Proven skills to plan projects, breaking them down into stages and tasks, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines in a highly fluid environment
- Big-picture vision
- Ability to make decisions based on large volumes or a lack of data
- Achievement-oriented approach with a passion for growing and cultivating others
