We are a custom software development company, specializing in providing technical partnership to startups and existing web platforms. As a 100% remote team, we work with clients from all parts of the world to develop unique solutions that solve complex business challenges. We're expanding our activities and looking for a Business Development Manager who can help us reach new heights.
We are seeking a Business Development Manager / Head of sales with a hunter mindset to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is proactive, able to work independently, and consistently delivers results. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities. You will build relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and position our custom software development services as the solution to their business challenges.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and key decision-makers
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing the deal
- Work closely with the development team to ensure project success
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and other sales documents
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and progress
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in a Business Development Manager role, with experience in the software development industry
- Hunter mindset with the ability to identify and close new business opportunities
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Experience with sales and marketing tools, including CRM software, email marketing platforms, and social media
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment
- English C1
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
